Problem: I can't log into the website or loader... What do I do?!

Solution: 
If you can't login to the website: Use the "Forgot your password?" feature which you can find on the login tab. You will then receive a email to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam if you are having a hard time finding the email.

If you can't login to the loader: Our loaders require a seperate login than the credentials you use on our website. For example, if you're using Hydra, you will create a new account on the loader, rather than using your login from arcticcheats.wtf. If you forgot your credentials on the loaders, then please contact our support team so we can reset your password.
