Problem: I won a giveaway how do I redeem my key/reward??

Solution:

To redeem your giveaway reward, go to our discord server and create a ticket under the "Giveaway Winner" option. Once the ticket is opened, send a picture of your commendt and proof you followed the steps to enter. Our admins will make sure you followed the steps to enter before the giveaway ended. If you followed the steps after the giveaway ended, then your ticket will be closed since you didn't follow the rules. Please keep in mind that we check these tickets once a day, so you may have to wait for a higher up admin to deliver the key.
