Problem: Loader does not open at all or is crashing instantly.

Solution: This error is caused by either having an anti-virus enabled, or not having visual C++ installed. Please disable realtime protection in your virus and threat protection settings, and disable it. Then download dcontrol, extract it using win-rar if needed. 

Once that's done install visual C++. Once it's downloaded, extract it and run it as well. 

Once these 2 are done, restart your PC and try again.
