Ight ima be as honest as possible. Used the r6 Frost for 3 days n it was pretty damn good. Left me wondering if I had just found my new fav trustworthy store. No complaints with it what soever. Then I tried Arc Rift and for the first time I had a blast. I said why not try again. This is where the problems came. I bought this key around 8am on Tuesday April 21. Tried to use it but pc kept crashing. Spent 3 hours trying to figure it out until finally I was able to talk to a support member who told me “It’s updating”…. …. I said what? But the site says it’s working. They said yeah no it’s down rn. Okay? I said whatever it’ll prob come back in a hour or 2-3 since 3 hours had already passed that I had known of. Then all of a sudden it’s 8pm and finally they said it’s working and time will be compensated. Problem was that I had bought that key at 8am bc I knew I’d have the whole day to use it, bc the next day I’d be stuck at work all day literally. So I was like lemme contact support and see if they can put a pause on my key until Thursday. But nope. I was talking to someone named “John” n it was the worst service ever. Bro kept blaming me for having work the next day and never once said yeah our fault for the site not showing the correct status. I kept trying to show him my perspective but nah he just kept tryna tell me how I was in the wrong. He said the time was compensated automatically so it’s like I bought a new key. But I told him yeah only problem is that why would I “buy” a new key knowing I wouldn’t have a chance to use it. I would just wait till I know I can use it to buy it. & he didn’t know what to say so he just sent me some copy and paste bs. I wasn’t asking for a week extension, I was just saying hey since the site wasn’t updated and it caused me to buy a key that wasn’t working yet, could I please have another key for Thursday instead of the automatic compensation bc I won’t be able to use it. Literally even asked him if he could revoke or pause my key until Thursday 8am. Bro just didn’t wanna work with me on something I paid for.
