It's a big hit with gaining access to the chat, BIG W. But the support can use a good improvement for COD key issues and the patience for the replies for the person in need. Other than that, not much issues. As well as articulating what's complaining and just communicating normally WITHOUT resorting to conclusions then withdraw the chat permissions. Besides it all, Gaining chat permissions is good from Support.

As many people say, the support has some serious issues. It’s something that comes up often on Discord — many tickets get ignored or closed for no reason, and users often have to open new ones. It happened to me too. They reply at first, then after a few hours no one answers anymore, and eventually they just close the ticket. Other times, though, they help you right away without much waiting or trouble. So I’d say the support quality is quite inconsistent. As for the cheats themselves, I used Kraken (BF6), and I have to say it worked great for about 3–4 days. Then pretty much everyone using it got banned. So, “Undetectable” where exactly? It didn’t even last a week. As has happened before, the developer might blame the users, saying they used the cheat incorrectly or pushed it too far. But that’s not true — even if you stick to the safest settings, avoiding things like aimbot and using just a single feature, you’ll still get caught within a few days.
