1. Our 100% money-back guarantee
If a product you bought doesn’t work for you, you get your money back — 100% of what you paid for that item. The one condition: you must contact our support team first and give us a chance to fix the problem. Most issues are resolved in a single conversation; when they aren’t, we refund you in full.
2. How the guarantee works
Reach out through the support page or email admin@arcticcheats.wtf with your order number and a short description of what’s going wrong. Our team will troubleshoot it with you. If we can’t get the product working for you within a reasonable troubleshooting window, we issue a full refund of that item to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
3. What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies when a product is undeliverable, won’t run on a supported system, or materially does not function as described — and support couldn’t resolve it with you. It covers the full purchase price of the affected item.
4. What the guarantee does not cover
- Requests where support was never contacted — the guarantee requires giving us a chance to fix the issue first.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting support. Talk to us before your bank; a surprise dispute voids the guarantee and revoked keys end the license.
- Change of mind on a product that has been delivered and works as described.
- Keys that have been shared, resold, or redistributed.
- Penalties imposed on your account by a third-party game or platform, or issues caused by use that violates the applicable third-party terms.
