User Responsibilities

Product Usage

A license key or user account, granting access to Arctic Cheats products, must be obtained through purchasing a product via our payment system. Some products may not be instantly delivered and will be emailed to you at admin@arcticcheats.wtf within 24 hours of purchase.

Important Usage Guidelines:

• Single Device Use: You may only use your account on one computer. If your computer is replaced or changed, causing failure to use your account, an Arctic Cheats staff member will review your situation and may allow access if deemed appropriate.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • Sharing your account with another computer or user, unless explicitly authorized by Arctic Cheats staff.
  • Using the software on a virtual machine or in combination with hardware identification spoofers.
  • Misuse of an account, tampering with our software, or using it for unintended purposes.
  • Violations of our community guidelines.
  • Working for anti-cheat companies or entities opposing Arctic Cheats in any way.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for violations of these guidelines. Additionally, Arctic Cheats reserves the right to deny access to our website and products by blocking your account, computer, and network at any time.

Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, purchase, and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Additionally:

• All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
• You authorize Arctic Cheats to charge your chosen payment provider for purchases, including applicable delivery fees.
• Arctic Cheats reserves the right to correct pricing errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been received.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments:
Any unauthorized use of funds for payment, fraudulent payments, or chargeback attempts will result in immediate account disablement, termination, and possible legal action.

Refunds Policy

Arctic Cheats reserves the right to deny any refund at any time. Since our services provide electronic, digital goods, we do not offer refunds for used digital goods. Refunds will not be provided for partial usage of services. Please ensure that the subscription you are purchasing suits your needs.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order if the goods or services have not been delivered.

Downtime Compensation

Arctic Cheats reserves the right to deny downtime compensation and/or requests to pause software license keys.

Termination:
Your license to use the Software is immediately revoked without notice upon breach of this EULA. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue accessing or using the Software and to uninstall and delete it from your device.

Loader Use Policy

By using the Arctic Cheats loader software, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account Security:
   • Do not share your account details. Accounts are for individual use only.
2. Prohibited Actions:
   • Cracking, reverse-engineering, or bypassing security features is strictly forbidden.
   • Unauthorized distribution of the loader software is not allowed.
3. Enforcement:
   • Violations will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
   • Severe breaches may lead to legal action.
