HWID ban
Also called: hardware ban, hardware flag
An HWID ban is a ban attached to your computer's hardware identifiers rather than to one game account. The anti-cheat records values such as your motherboard, drive and network adapter IDs, then blocks that machine. Making a fresh account does not help, because the game recognises the PC and takes the new account down as well. Players also call it a hardware ban.
To play again you need a clean account plus a machine that reports different identifiers, which is what an HWID spoofer provides. A spoofer does not lift the original ban and does not delete the ban record, so treat the old account as gone.
How a hardware ban behaves in play
The ban follows the machine, so a brand new account on the same PC hits the same wall. A new account on its own is not the fix. You also need the machine to report different identifiers. Behaviour differs by game, so ask support if you are not sure what happened to your account.
Clearing the way for a new account
An HWID spoofer changes the values the game reads, so a clean account starts on what looks like a clean machine. Pick your tool by the anti-cheat your game runs.

Verse covers Vanguard and Ricochet on top of Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye, which is what BO7, Warzone and Valorant need. Those anti-cheats read firmware identifiers a session spoofer does not touch. Before and after you spoof
Turn off Memory Integrity under Core Isolation and disable Windows Defender first. The setup guides walk through every toggle. After a Verse spoof, reboot fully instead of using sleep or fast startup, so the game reads the new firmware values. Check the live board at /status for where each product stands today. A fresh account posting pro level numbers draws far more attention than an aged one, so level it before you switch aim features on.
