Everything visual is working. The ESP boxes are on the enemies, the FOV circle is sitting in the middle of your screen, the menu opens and closes normally. Then you hold the aim key and nothing happens at all. No snap, no drag, no pull towards anyone, even on a target standing in the open. This page covers that one fault: visuals fine, aimbot doing nothing.
Why this happens
The usual cause is the input device. Apart from Armani, and possibly Hydra FULL for Apex Legends, our products aim by moving your mouse, so the game has to be listening to a mouse for that movement to land. Most competitive shooters watch which device you used last and switch mode accordingly, so the moment the game receives native gamepad input it treats your stick as the aim input and the mouse movement the aimbot generates does nothing. The ESP and the rest of the visuals keep drawing regardless, which is why this reads as a broken aimbot rather than a controller problem. If you are already on mouse and keyboard, the remaining checks are the keybind, the display mode and a clean reinject.
How to fix it
- Confirm what you are actually playing on. A connected controller explains this on every product that is mouse and keyboard only for aim.
- If you want to stay on a pad, install reWASD and restart your PC when the installer asks, which its own notes say is not optional. Then map the right stick to Mouse move, map your movement and cheat hotkeys, and Mute the whole controller so the game only ever receives the keyboard and mouse output of your mappings. Do not add a virtual controller, and turn Steam Input off for the game. reWASD is third-party software we do not make, so weigh running it the same way you weigh anything else you run alongside a cheat.
- Check the in-game button prompts. They should show keyboard and mouse keys, not controller glyphs. Controller glyphs mean the pad is not fully muted and the aimbot will not work. The game's own aim assist disappearing is the confirmation you want.
- Open the menu and check the aim key is actually assigned, under the Aim or Misc tab depending on the product. If the field does not show a real key, set it again, and ask support for specifics if you are not sure what your menu is showing you.
- Check whether that key is meant to be held or toggled, and try it the other way round.
- Set the game display mode to Windowed Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen, which is what our setup guide asks for, then restart the game and the loader.
- Fully close the game and the loader, reopen the loader, inject, and only then start the game.
- If your product has a visibility check and it is switched on, the aimbot will only target enemies you could actually see. Test on someone in the open rather than on a player behind a wall.
Which products this applies to
Frost, Frost Pro, Frost LITE, the other Hydra builds, Arcane, Inferno, Sol, Rift and Krush are mouse and keyboard only for aim, so a controller will always produce this symptom on those. Armani for Black Ops 6, Black Ops 7 and Warzone is the exception, with native controller aim support on PC and no extra software needed. Hydra FULL for Apex Legends lists Controller key support among its Misc features, but how far that goes is not documented, so ask support to confirm before you buy on that basis.
Still nothing after all of that? Talk to support with your product, your game and whether you are on a pad or on mouse and keyboard, and a person will pick it up.
