You bought a Hydra key for Arc Raiders or Rust, the free NFA account was part of the deal, and nothing has arrived. There is no second email with a username and password, and your order looks like it only has the cheat key on it. Some people instead see the word Reserved where they expected an account key. Others bought a 1 day key and cannot find the free account anywhere. Here is what is meant to happen.
Why this happens
The free account is not sent to you automatically. Nothing is held for you and nothing leaves our stock until you press the Unlock button on your order yourself. The other common cause is the key tier. The free NFA account comes with 7 day and 30 day Hydra keys for Arc Raiders and for Rust, so a 1 day key does not include one.
How to fix it
- Check which key you bought. The free account comes with 7 day and 30 day Hydra keys for Arc Raiders and for Rust.
- Open your order, either from the page you land on after paying, the link in your delivery email, or Your account then Orders.
- Find the panel marked Included free and press Unlock. There is no deadline, so an older order still works.
- Your account key appears on the order straight away, and we email you a copy. Unlocking it does not use up your Hydra key.
- If it says Reserved instead of giving you a key, the account pool was empty at the moment you pressed Unlock. Your place is held and the account is emailed to you automatically as soon as stock lands. You do not need to do anything.
- Download the Account Loader from the NFA accounts guide, open it, paste the key from your order, then press Login. There is no separate email and password for an NFA account; the key itself is what signs you in.
- If the loader will not open, install the all-in-one Visual C++ redistributable package, extract it, run
Install Allas administrator, then restart your PC and try again. - Log in and check the account works as soon as you unlock it. The free one is a 0 hour account, and 0 hour accounts carry a 6 hour warranty, so contact support inside that window if it turns out to be invalid.
- Move anything you want to keep across to your main account before you stop playing. Every NFA account is reclaimed, including the free one.
- If you bought as a guest and cannot see the order at all, register on the site with the same email you paid with and verify that address. The order then attaches to your account.
Which products this applies to
The free account comes with the 7 day and 30 day tiers of Arc Raiders Hydra and Rust Hydra. An Arc Raiders key earns an Arc Raiders account and a Rust key earns a Rust account. Frost and Frost LITE products do not include one.
