My key shows expired or invalid straight after buying it

A new licence key rejected as expired or invalid usually clears with a clock and time zone sync, a short wait, and a check that the key matches the loader you are using.

You have just paid, your key has arrived by email, and the loader refuses it on the very first attempt. It reports the key as expired, or as invalid, even though you have not used it yet. Loaders word it slightly differently, but the effect is the same: a brand new key is rejected on a machine you have only just set up. If your loader instead reports a hardware ID mismatch, that is a separate problem and needs an HWID reset from a human on live chat.

Why this happens

The documentation does not name a single cause for this, so treat it as a checklist rather than a diagnosis. The documented steps check three observable things: whether your computer's date, time and time zone are correct, whether enough time has passed since your payment, and whether the key is going into the loader for the product you actually bought. If none of that clears it, the next step is a check of your order by support.

How to fix it

  1. Turn on automatic date, time and time zone settings in Windows.
  2. Select Sync now, then restart the loader.
  3. Wait five minutes after purchase before trying again.
  4. Confirm the key matches the correct product loader. Download the loader from its own official guide, then paste the key into the loader's licence key field.
  5. Paste the key with no extra spaces or characters around it.
  6. Check you are using the right key for the right order. Your key arrives by email, and you can also open Orders and keys in your account. Where an account holds more than one order, support resolves these cases by working out which order the still active key belongs to.
  7. If you bought before creating an account, register on the site with the same email address you paid with, then verify it. The guest order attaches to your account and the key shows up there.
  8. If the product is mid update, wait for the official status update before trying the key again.

Which products this applies to

It applies wherever a licence key is pasted into a loader, which is how the documented products are unlocked. That covers the cheat loaders, including Hydra, Frost, Armani and Inferno, the HWID spoofers such as Trace 2.0, and Arc NFA Accounts, where the licence key is what signs you in instead of an email and password. If you are not sure which loader your product uses, ask support for specifics. NFA accounts carry one extra rule: a 0 hour account has a 6 hour warranty, so if the account turns out to be invalid, contact support inside that window and it is replaced.

Still refused after all of that? Contact support with the product name, the exact error and the steps you have already completed. If the problem has cost you paid time, send your website username and licence key too, since unused time is compensated in most error related cases.
