You open the Frost Unlock All loader for Rainbow Six Siege and it will not sign in. The window says it could not sign in and gives the reference code E1A0, with a button to try again. Some people get the same window with E1F1 instead. It can show the moment the loader opens, or a second or two later when you press start and the injection begins. A related problem comes from the same setup and the same session: with the loader running, Siege boots into offline mode and keeps trying to reconnect, so you cannot open the battle pass or anything else that needs the game to be online.
Why this happens
Our documentation does not list reference codes E1A0 or E1F1, so we will not guess at a mechanism for you. Only what is observable is worth stating. The loader is failing at its sign-in step. For E1F1, the fix support gives is to run Cloudflare WARP and correct the Windows clock, and support describes that as clearing it in most cases. E1A0 often survives those same steps, and when it does support stops troubleshooting and passes it to a member of the team instead of sending you round the steps again. Ask support for specifics on what they find. The offline message inside Siege is the game reporting that it has lost its own connection, which is a separate thing from the loader error.
How to fix it
- Download and install Cloudflare WARP, which is a free VPN app, and switch it on.
- Leave WARP on its default mode. You do not need to change any of its settings.
- Confirm WARP is showing as Connected before you open anything else.
- Start Rainbow Six Siege through Ubisoft Connect with WARP still connected, and let it load all the way to the main menu.
- Run the Frost Unlock All loader as administrator, with the game already loaded.
- Keep WARP connected while you are playing. For Unlock All the VPN stays on; it is not only needed for the injection.
- If the sign-in error still appears, sync your Windows clock so the system date and time are correct, then try again.
- If it still appears after that, fully close both the game and the loader and work through the steps again from the beginning.
Which products this applies to
These reference codes have been reported against the Frost Unlock All loader for Rainbow Six Siege. That is a separate tool from the Frost and Frost Pro cheats for the same game, so support will ask you to confirm which one you are actually running before going any further. The WARP step above belongs to the Unlock All setup, so do not assume it applies to another product.
If WARP is connected, your clock is correct, and the code is still there, stop repeating the steps and open a ticket with support. Send a screenshot of the exact error window along with the product name and the full error message, and the team will pick it up from there.
