You bought Frost for Call of Duty, downloaded the loader from the guide, pasted your key in, and the game list has only one Call of Duty entry on it. Black Ops 7 is showing and Warzone is not, or Warzone is showing and the Black Ops title you want to play is nowhere in the list. Nothing has errored and nothing looks broken, so it reads as though the build shipped incomplete or the key unlocked the wrong product. In most cases the loader is working as intended.
Why this happens
Our documentation does not explain how the Frost loader builds its game list, so we will not guess at a cause here. What support consistently sees is this: Black Ops 6 does not appear as its own entry in the Frost loader, and the single Call of Duty entry that is listed is the one to select. If your loader shows no Call of Duty entry at all, that is a different situation, so ask support for specifics rather than picking a different module on your own.
How to fix it
- Make sure the loader came from the official Frost guide on the guides page. Only download loaders linked from an official guide.
- Log in fully. Paste your key into the loader's license-key field, and check the key matches the product loader you are running.
- Select the single Call of Duty entry the loader does list, then press Load Module and let it inject. That entry is the correct one, even when it is not named after the title you are launching.
- Leave the loader window open in the background and launch the game.
- Once you are at the main menu or in a match, press Insert to open the menu.
- If the menu does not appear after injection, set the game display mode to Windowed Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen, then restart the game and the loader.
- If you restart your PC at any point, the injection is cleared. Load and inject again from scratch before launching the game.
If a game or anti-cheat update has just landed, stop using the product and wait for an official status update before you try again.

Armani is a separate product for the same games with its own loader, so if you are on Armani rather than Frost, ask support for specifics before you change anything in the loader. Check the status board before you buy.
