I bought a key, where do I download the loader?

Your key arrives by email, but the loader is downloaded from your product's own setup guide on the docs site, and it should never be downloaded from anywhere else.

You have paid, the key has landed in your inbox, and now you are hunting for the actual file. It gets asked a dozen ways: where do I download the loader, where is the injector, how do I download the cheat to my PC, I bought a key and cannot work out how to claim it. The key on its own does not launch anything. It is a licence you paste into a loader, and that loader comes from one place.

Why this happens

Your key arrives by email after purchase, and it is also listed under Orders & keys in your account. The loader is not attached to that email. Every product has its own guide page, and the download link sits inside that guide, so there is no single universal download link for everything we sell.

How to fix it

  1. Get your key. It arrives by email after purchase, or open Orders & keys in your account. You need a website account to see that page.
  2. Open the guides page and pick the product you bought and the game you bought it for. Both matter, because the guide and the loader differ per product.
  3. Download the loader from the download step inside that guide. Only download loaders linked from an official guide.
  4. Open the loader and paste your key into the licence-key field. Paste it with no extra spaces or characters.
  5. If the key reads expired or invalid straight away, enable automatic date, time and time zone settings in Windows, select Sync now, then restart the loader. Wait five minutes after purchase, and confirm the key matches the correct product loader.
  6. If the loader will not open or crashes immediately, install the current Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables, restart Windows, and download a fresh loader copy from its official guide.
  7. If the guide page itself will not load, the first pass support usually runs through is a hard refresh with Ctrl+F5, then a private or incognito window, then a different browser, then a different device.

Links that are not ours

Download products only from the official guide, and do not run files you cannot verify. If a download link points at a domain you did not reach through the guide, treat it as wrong and go back to the guide. Support has had people turn up with loader links from sites that have nothing to do with us. Support will not hand you a loader file in chat either; it has to come from the guide page. Keep your full licence key out of chat too, since support never needs the whole thing.

Security software can flag tools that interact with running applications. If a file is flagged, send support the detection name and a screenshot. Do not disable system security features as a workaround.

Which products this applies to

All of them. Each product and game pairing has its own guide and its own loader download, including Frost, Frost Pro and Inferno for Rainbow Six Siege, Frost for BO6, BO7 and Warzone, Armani for Modern Warfare 4, Hydra for Arc Raiders, and Arcane for Palworld. Frost and Frost Pro on Rainbow Six Siege share one guide and one loader. HWID spoofers such as Trace 2.0 and Verse have their own guides, and NFA accounts use a separate Account Loader downloaded from the NFA accounts guide.
