Javelin

Javelin is the anti-cheat you meet in Battlefield 6. Other shooters run other systems. Fortnite uses Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye. Rust, Arc Raiders and Apex Legends use Easy Anti-Cheat. Rainbow Six Siege, Escape from Tarkov and DayZ use BattlEye. BO7 and Warzone use Ricochet. Valorant uses Vanguard.

Why the name matters when you shop

Cheats and spoofers are built against a specific anti-cheat, not against a genre. Coverage of one system says nothing about coverage of another. Arctic lists coverage per product. TRACE 2.0 covers Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye titles, and it does not cover Ricochet or Vanguard. Verse works at firmware level and covers Vanguard and Ricochet as well as those two. Bans and your hardware

Some anti-cheats ban the machine and not just the login. That is what an HWID ban means, and a fresh account alone does not fix it. A spoofer changes the identifiers the game reads, so a clean account meets a clean machine. It does not unban the old account and it does not remove the ban record. A session spoofer runs once per session, and your real hardware returns on reboot. A permanent spoofer writes at firmware level, so the new identity survives every restart.

Lowering your risk while you play

Arctic's own guidance holds whatever anti-cheat you face. Keep aim smoothing at 5 or higher so your aim moves like a hand instead of snapping like a machine. Turn on a visibility check so the aimbot stops targeting enemies through walls, which keeps your killcams clean. ESP only, with no aim assistance at all, is the lowest risk setup there is. Level an account before you switch aim features on. A brand new account posting pro level numbers draws far more attention than an aged one, and levelling costs nothing but patience. Status changes over time, so check /status rather than trusting a forum post.
