Aim smoothing

Aim smoothing is an aimbot setting that controls how fast your crosshair travels to a target. Instead of the view snapping across in one frame, the aim glides over the gap. You set the strength yourself. Higher values mean a slower, softer pull. Lower values mean a faster lock that looks obviously artificial to anyone watching.
Smoothing exists to make aim assistance look like a person playing well rather than software taking over. Arctic's published guidance is to keep smoothing at 5 or higher, because at that level the aim moves like a hand instead of snapping like a machine. No setting makes a cheat safe, so treat smoothing as one habit among several.
Aim smoothing sits between the aimbot and your view. The cheat works out the angle to the target, then applies only part of that correction at a time. The crosshair curves onto the target instead of teleporting.
How it feels in a real fight
Low smoothing gets you on target faster. It also reads as a machine to anyone watching the killcam.
High smoothing looks human. The cost is time. Against a close range target that strafes hard, the crosshair can still be travelling when the enemy leaves your aim FOV.
That trade is what decides your value. A slow long range fight leaves room for a soft pull. A fast close range fight leaves much less. Whether your menu can hold a different value per weapon depends on the cheat, so check the menu or ask support.
Smoothing and staying under the radar
Smoothing is about how your aim looks to the players watching the killcam. Treat it as one habit among several, not as protection, because no cheat is undetectable.
Arctic's own guidance is to keep smoothing at 5 or higher. At that level the aim moves like a hand rather than snapping like a machine. Pair it with a visibility check so the aimbot does not pull to enemies through walls, which keeps killcams clean.
If you want the lowest risk setup there is, run ESP only with no aim assistance at all. A brand new account posting pro level numbers also draws far more attention than an aged one. Levelling an account before you turn aim features on costs nothing but patience.
