Memory aimbot
A memory aimbot is an aimbot that reads enemy positions directly from the game's own memory rather than from the screen. Because it works with the real coordinates the game itself uses, it knows exactly where a player is standing and where each bone sits. That makes aim accurate at long range, and it keeps working when a target is small, moving fast, or partly behind cover.
In play you usually hold an aim key, and the cheat pulls your view toward the target it picked. Your settings decide how that looks to everyone else. Field of view, smoothing and visibility checks are the difference between a run that reads as good aim and one that reads as software.
Aim features fall into two camps. A memory aimbot pulls coordinates from the game process. Colour based tools guess from pixels on screen instead. Reading memory is more precise, because the numbers come from the game rather than from a picture of it.
How it behaves in a match
The cheat reads the game's entity list and builds a shortlist of valid targets. Your settings then filter that list down to one. Aim FOV limits how far off centre a target can be. Hitbox selection decides whether it goes for the head or the chest. Target prediction leads a moving player so a travelling bullet still connects.
Once a target is locked, movement quality is what other players actually see in a killcam. Aim smoothing at 5 or higher moves the aim like a hand instead of snapping like a machine. Very low smoothing feels powerful in the moment and looks obviously robotic on replay. This is also where a memory aimbot differs from silent aim, which does not move your view at all.
Where your settings change your ban risk
Two separate things can get you banned here. One is the cheat itself being detected. The other is your own behaviour being reported and reviewed by a human. Your settings have a real effect on the second one.
Turn on a visibility check so the aimbot never targets enemies through walls. That single toggle keeps killcams clean. If you want the lowest risk setup there is, run ESP only with no aim assistance at all. A brand new account posting pro level numbers draws far more attention than an aged one, so levelling first costs nothing but patience.
