Silent aim

Silent aim is an aimbot mode that lands your shots on a target without moving your crosshair on screen. Your view stays exactly where you put it. The cheat corrects the angle attached to the shot itself, so the bullet goes to the enemy while your camera does not follow.
For you that means no visible snap on your own screen and no jerky mouse movement. You point roughly at an enemy and the round still registers. Psilent aim, short for pseudo silent aim, is the common variant. It changes your angles for the single tick the shot is sent, then puts your view straight back.
How it behaves in a match
Silent aim still needs a target, so it uses the same selection rules as a normal aimbot. It reads your aim FOV, your hitbox choice and your visibility check. The difference is what happens at the moment you fire. A standard aimbot drags your view onto the enemy. Silent aim leaves your view alone and corrects the view angles attached to the shot.
In play it feels calm. There is no pull on your mouse and no snap on your screen. You keep tracking by hand and the rounds land. On projectile weapons you still need target prediction, because the bullet has travel time. It does not work everywhere, because some games compare the angle you fired at with the view angle you reported. Whether an Arctic product offers it for your game is a question for support.
People use the two names loosely, but there is a difference. True silent aim never changes the angles your own view uses. Psilent flicks them for a single tick, fires, then restores them, so your screen barely moves. Neither one moves your mouse for you.
What it costs you in attention
Silent aim sits at the rage cheating end of the scale. Kills look impossible to the player on the other end. A killcam shows the shot the way the server saw it, so a hit with no crosshair movement reads as wrong. That drives reports, and reports drive human review.
Arctic's own legit guidance points the other way. Aim smoothing at 5 or higher moves your aim like a hand instead of snapping like a machine. A visibility check stops the aimbot targeting enemies through walls, which keeps killcams clean. ESP only, with no aim assistance at all, is the lowest risk setup there is. A brand new account posting pro level numbers draws far more attention than an aged one.
If you do want it, keep the sessions short and use an account you can afford to lose. Check the live status board before every session, and ask support which products carry the feature for your game. A spoofer does not unban the old account and does not remove the ban record. It gives a clean account a clean machine, and coverage differs by anti-cheat, so read the product page before you buy.
