Undetected
Undetected means a cheat build is not currently being flagged by the anti-cheat that guards a game. It is a status at a moment in time, not a permanent property of the software. A build sits undetected while the anti-cheat has no working signature for it and no rule that catches how it behaves. That can change the day a studio pushes an update.
For you, undetected is the thing to check before every session. Arctic tracks the current state of each product on the live /status board, so you read today's status instead of trusting an old forum post. No cheat is ever guaranteed safe, and undetected today is not undetected forever.
Undetected is a status, not a promise
An anti-cheat hunts for known code patterns, a method called signature detection. A build stays undetected until the anti-cheat team works out its pattern. The cheat developers then change the build, and the status can flip back. Because that cycle never stops, Arctic tracks state on the live /status board instead of claiming it once on a sales page. Check that board for the product you own before you load in. A screenshot from last month tells you nothing about today.
Undetected does not mean safe from a ban
Detection is only one road to a ban. Another player can report your clip, and a human reviewer can issue a manual ban from it. Studios also hold detections back and enforce them together later in a ban wave. So how you play matters as much as what you run. Set aim smoothing to 5 or higher, so your aim moves like a hand instead of a machine. Turn on a visibility check, so the aimbot does not target enemies through walls. That setting keeps killcams clean. ESP only, with no aim assistance at all, is the lowest risk setup there is. A brand new account posting pro level numbers draws far more attention than an aged one. Leveling an account before you turn aim features on costs nothing but patience.
Your hardware has its own status
If you already took an HWID ban, an undetected cheat will not get you back in. The game still recognizes the machine. You need a clean account on a clean machine, which is what an HWID spoofer gives you. TRACE 2.0 is session based and covers Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye titles, so it fits Fortnite, Rust and Apex Legends. It does not cover Ricochet or Vanguard, so Warzone and Valorant need Verse, which works at firmware level. Verse covers ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and ASRock boards, but not Lenovo, Acer or Dell prebuilts. Neither one unbans the old account or removes the ban record. Both need Memory Integrity off under Core Isolation, and Windows Defender disabled, before you run them.
